Ingredients1 Packet skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite sizes)1 Tub Creme Fresh (or sour cream) 1 Tin peeled chopped tomatoes 1 small tin or sachet tomato puree 1 chicken stock cube (broken into bits) Coriander (fresh) Garlic Salt & pepper Spaghetti DirectionsAdd olive oil to a frying panAdd bite size chicken pieces and fry slowly until cooked (about 5-7 minutes) Add tinned tomatoes, tinned tomato puree, garlic, chicken stock cube Simmer with the lid on for 20-25 minutes or until tomato sauce has thickened Add half a tub of creme fresh.
