Ingredients

3 AVOCADOS
1 1/2 CUPS MILK
1/4 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
CONDENSE MILK TO SWEETEN
1 BOX (500 ML) READY MADE CUSTARD
1 LARGE CAN DESSERT CREAM

TO GARNISH:
CHOPPED PECANS
FRESH CREAM ROSSETTES
MINT SPRIGS

Directions

PEEL AND CHOP AVOCADOS IN A BLENDER, ADD MILK, CARDAMOM, AND CONDENSE TO SWEETEN. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO SERVING DISH.
POUR CUSTARD EVENLY OVER THE AVOCADO.
WHISK CREAM UNTIL SMOOTH AND SPOON OVER CUSTARD.
SPRINKLE CHOPPED PECANS.
DECORATE WITH A FRESH CREAM ROSETTE AND A SPRIG OF MINT.
SERVE WELL CHILLED.
