Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate Pudding recipe
This recipe for Chocolate Mousse topped with Chocolate Pudding is a quick and easy treat for chocaholics.

Ingredients

85gr Chocolate
170 gr Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Tbs. Sugar
1 small pk. Chocolate pudding (made according to box specifications)
1 Tbs. Chocolate pebbles

Directions

Melt chocolate over the heat using a double boiler.

While it is melting, whip the cream with sugar.

Make the chocolate pudding according to package instructions.

Once chocolate has melted, combine it with the whipped cream and old together.

Place into small ramekins/jars and let set in the fridge for over 2 hours.

When it has set, top it with chocolate pudding.

Cover and refridgerate overnight.

Sprinkle with the topping of your choice - I recommend chocolate cereal (i.e. Coco pops) for a nice crunch.

Serves 4-5
