Mushroom and Beef Stir Fry recipe
A healthy recipe for Mushroom and Beef Stir Fry - great for those who want to build some muscle.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp (30ml) olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
200g beef strips
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
300g oyster mushrooms
4 small bok choy, quartered or handful baby spinach leaves
100g bean sprouts
2 Tbsp (30ml) oyster sauce
1 Tbsp (15ml) sesame oil
1 lime, juiced
Coriander or basil leaves to garnish

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan or wok and fry the garlic and beef over a high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the red pepper and oyster mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the bok choy and cook for another minute. Finally add the bean sprouts, oyster sauce, sesame oil and lime juice and cook for 30 seconds.

Remove from the heat and add some coriander and/or basil leaves if desired.
