Tandoori Chicken recipe
A weigh less recipe for Tandoori chicken that is suitable for people on all steps of the program.

Ingredients

1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
2 tbsp water water
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 x 100g)

Directions

Mix together the first eight ingredients and rub into the chicken.

Place the seasoned chicken in a glass dish, spoon over any remaining spice mix, cover with clingwrap and leave to marinate for about 20 minutes.

Cook either by roasting for about 20 minutes or over hot coals on a braai grid.
