A weigh less recipe for Tandoori chicken that is suitable for people on all steps of the program.
Ingredients1/2 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ginger paste 1/4 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1/4 tsp ground turmeric 2 tbsp water water 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 x 100g) DirectionsMix together the first eight ingredients and rub into the chicken.Place the seasoned chicken in a glass dish, spoon over any remaining spice mix, cover with clingwrap and leave to marinate for about 20 minutes.
