Wholewheat Cottage Cheese and Ham Wrap recipe
This weigh-less recipe for Wholewheat Cottage cheese and Ham wrap is ideal as a low fat lunch.

Ingredients

125g fat-free cottage cheese
90g lean ham
90g tomato
10g lettuce
1 Wholewheat Weigh-Less Wrap

Directions

Lay the wrap on a flat countertop or chopping board and spread with the cottage cheese. Lay slices of ham onto of the cottage cheese followed by the shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Roll and secure with a toothpick. Serve immediately or wrap and store in fridge.
