This weigh-less recipe for Wholewheat Cottage cheese and Ham wrap is ideal as a low fat lunch.
Ingredients125g fat-free cottage cheese90g lean ham 90g tomato 10g lettuce 1 Wholewheat Weigh-Less Wrap DirectionsLay the wrap on a flat countertop or chopping board and spread with the cottage cheese. Lay slices of ham onto of the cottage cheese followed by the shredded lettuce and sliced tomato. Roll and secure with a toothpick.
