Spicy Garlic and Zucchini Focaccia recipe
A delicious appetizer recipe for Spicy Garlic and Zucchini Focaccia with olives and jalapenos.

Ingredients

900g all purpose flour
2 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbs. Garlic powder
1 Zucchini, large
Handful of black olives
Handful Parmigiano Cheese
About 10 slices of pickled Jalapenos
1 Tbs. Olive oil

Directions

Make a dough with flour,salt, sugar, yeast, and garlic powder.

Add shredded the zucchini and some warm water (about 3-4 cups)

The dough needs to be like pizza dough, stretchy and glossy on the ends. You can knead it, but this is optional.

Sprinkle some olive oil and let it rise for about 1 hour.

Once the dough doubles in size, stretch it out in the oiled baking pan.

Preheat the oven to 190C

On the top sprinkle Parmigiano to cover, and add thin slices of black olives and jalapenos.

Bake for 30 minutes or until it is golden.
