Flourless Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies recipe

A wonderful sugar free and flourless recipe for Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies.

Ingredients

1 cup Peanut Butter, natural, creamy
1 eggs
24 Candy, dark chocolate (Kisses/ buttons)
1 cup SPLENDA Brown Sugar Blend (replace with Canderel yellow granules)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180C.

In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar blend, and egg. Beat until smooth.

Shape dough into 1/2" balls.

Place dough balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Press one chocolate piece into each cookie.

Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cookies become set. Remove from oven.

Transfer cookies to cooling rack. Cool completely, until chocolate sets.
