This delicious dessert recipe for Coffee Custard is low carb and sugar-free!
Ingredients2 eggs1 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp instant coffee granules 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 1 tbsp grated orange peel 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon DirectionsPreheat the oven to 180.Crack eggs into blender and process. Add evaporated milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and orange juice concentrate. Spoon into 4 custard cups. Place cups into glass baking dish and fill with 1" of water. Bake 45 minutes.
