Coffee Custard recipe
This delicious dessert recipe for Coffee Custard is low carb and sugar-free!

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180.

Crack eggs into blender and process.

Add evaporated milk, instant coffee, vanilla, and orange juice concentrate.

Spoon into 4 custard cups. Place cups into glass baking dish and fill with 1" of water.

Bake 45 minutes.

Refrigerate until chilled.

Use a knife to loosen then invert onto serving plates.

Sprinkle with orange zest and cinnamon. Serve.
