Recipe for Grilled chicken breasts, coated in a tandoori style marinade. Its low carb and flavourful. Ingredients3/4 cup fresh chopped onion1 tsp fresh ginger root , peeled and coarsely chopped 2 medium garlic cloves , peeled 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 pinch ground nutmeg 450 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 115 gram breasts) 1 cooking spray DirectionsUsing a food processor or blender, puree onion, ginger, and garlic until finely diced. Blend in yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, chili powder, pepper, and nutmeg.Score chicken 3 times, diagonally across each breast. Add chicken and yogurt mixture to a resealable plastic bag; seal and place in refrigerator at least 8 hours; flip bag a few times. Preheat grill or broiler. Take chicken breast out of bag and dispose of marinade. Lay chicken on cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 6 minutes per side or until chicken is fully cooked.
