Berrylicious Smoothie recipe
Recipe for Berrylicious Smoothie - a healthy powerpacked cholesterol lowering, low GI, rich in antioxidants breakfast. Easy peasy.

Ingredients

175ml Plain Bulgarian Yoghurt
100ml Berry Juice - I like to 100% juice Real Juice - the pomegranate or cranberry one
1 Tbs Raw Oatbran
A whole lot of ice cubes - I use almost a whole tray
Handful of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries - I only used blueberries in this one as that is all I had
Few sprigs of fresh garden mint
A drizzle of honey or 1/2 tsp of Advantage sugar substitute (contains no aspartame)

Directions

Blend all together at high speed until smooth and thick

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
